Description

   PVC Coated Canvas is produced by digital control coating machine which composited PVC paste on polyester fiber substrate fabric by roller coating, then it is heated by temperature regulating device and pressed on the tarpaulin accurately, cooling to be finished PVC fabric afterwards. It’s widely used as PVC Tarpaulins, Covers and Air Duct.

Performance      

1. Excellent waterproof performance, water penetration resistance ≥ 20KPa.

2. Perfect mildew proofing and inflame-retarding properties, fire resistance ≤ 10 seconds.

3. Anticorrosion including: acid, alkali and brine corrosion, etc.

4. Excellent heat resistance, which can be used in varieties of open-air natural conditions.

5. Good low-temperature flexibility, this fabric will not be fractured by pliers at -30℃.

6. Almost no absorbable of water, drying quickly after the rain without adding weight, convenient in usage.

7. High-frequency thermal combination, which guaranteed this fabric water tight and no cracking.

8. High tensile strength.

9. It can be in rough surface and smooth surface.

Application
