back>>Geocomposite PE Film
How the Product be Produced
Geocomposite PE film is a new type of antiseepage material which is composited of polyester geotextile and geomembrane(PE, EVA, etc.). The new product is produced by the heating of infrared ray.
Specification
Weight:300-2500g/㎡, PE thickness:0.1-1.5mm, width:4m-6m.
Type of Geocomposite
A. One layer of PE film+one layer of geotextile
It is produced by thermal bonding with one layer of PE film and one layer of geotextile. The weight range of PE film: 100g-1500g/㎡,the weight of non woven geotextile: 200g-600g/㎡.The no woven geotextile is functioned as the protection layer. The geocomposite has high tensile strength and the property of anti-puncture. It can prevent the infiltration of water and has the function of drainage. It has perfect heat and cold resistance, chemical stability. It also has good anti-aging property, the resistance to corrosion and excellent anti-environmental stress cracking property. The geocomposite increase the frictional coefficient of PE film, has the good slip resistance.
B. Geotextile+PE film+Geotextile
It is produced by thermal bonding with one layer of geotextile+one layer of PE film+ one layer of geotextile. The weight range of PE film: 100g-1500g/㎡,the weight of non woven geotextile: 200g-600g/㎡. The PE film is functioned as the basic material of anti-infiltration, and the geotextile will increase the tensile strength and anti-puncture strength. It can also prevent the infiltration of water and has the function of drainage.
Application Property
1. Geocomposite is the product which geotextile is used as the potective layer for the PE film. This product can prevent the damage of PE film which is impermeable layer, and also decrease the diameter requirement of granule material under the geocomposite. The geocomposite has drainage function.
Its high friction coefficient will prevent the slippage of cover layer. Therefore, the slope ratio can be higher, the requirement for slope area of the project can be decreased.
The geocomposite has the advantage of high tensile strength, tear strength, CBR burst strength, puncture strength, etc. This product has the property of deformation, and this property can decentralize the stress of geocomposite at the hump and sunken area of covered underlayer in the project. The geocomposite has the warm keeping property, which can reduce the risk of damage due to frost heave of soil. The excellent anti-aging property of geocomposite decrease the cost for project maintenance.
2. Geocomposite has the advantage of easy installation which decrease the cost of project construction, and shorten the construction period.
Application
Seepage control for river and lake, underground construction project, landfill, chemical sewage pool, road and tunnel, water conservancy and hydropower project, landscape engineering of residential area, domestic sewage pool, Reservoir embankment, the basement of building, oil depot, etc.
